Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service State College PA
1052 PM EDT Wed Apr 24 2024

Clouds will continue to decrease overnight, as high pressure
builds into the region. Low temperatures will range from the mid
20s along the New York border to the mid 30s along the Mason Dixon
line. Frost advisories and freeze warnings in effect for much of
the Keystone state tonight.

Sprawling Canadian high pressure will bring abnormally dry air,
low humidity, and rain free conditions to the Keystone State for
Thursday and Friday. There will be another frost freeze risk
Thursday night into early Friday morning. High temperatures on
Thursday will be in the 50s. Lows will range from the mid 20s
across the north, to the mid 30s elsewhere.

Clouds increase Friday night with showers likely reaching the
western part of the state by daybreak Saturday.

A couple of showers and a thunderstorm remain possible over the
last weekend of April, but it does not look like a total washout.
Temperatures will climb into the 70s on Sunday.
