...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN BRADFORD COUNTY
THROUGH 615 PM EDT...

At 540 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Blossburg, or 7 miles south of Mansfield, moving southeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Canton, West Franklin, Monroe, New Albany, Overton, Alba,
Franklindale, Le Roy, Grover, and South Branch.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
