.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure offshore is
producing a summer-like pattern this week. Gusty north winds this
afternoon are producing steep seas in all coastal waters. Seas this
week will continue to be dominated by steep short period northerly
wind waves and a series of mid-to- long period NW swells until
Thursday when a low pressure system approaches from the northwest.
