.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Winds further weaken
today, becoming generally S and E. Northerly wind waves will continue
to filter out this morning, then a low pressure system approaching
from the northwest will produce unsettled conditions this afternoon
and Saturday. Stronger northerly winds and larger steep waves will
return Sunday into early next week.
