Cloud cover very early this morning should be cleared out of the
burn site well before ignition time, leaving mostly sunny skies
and highs climbing into the upper 50s. Afternoon relative
humidity values are expected to fall to around 50 percent.
Southwest to west winds that are light and somewhat variable will
shift to the northwest around 3 PM.
