...RED FLAG WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING
FOR THE VALLEYS OF WEST-CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST COLORADO...

This hazardous weather outlook is for eastern Utah and western
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Critical fire weather conditions are expected Monday afternoon and
evening out ahead of a strong cold front that will be passing
through on Tuesday. Winds gusting to 40 mph and relative humidity
below 15 percent combined with dry vegetation will result in Red
Flag conditions for the valleys of west-central and southwest
Colorado.

Once the cold front passes on Tuesday, expect scattered to
numerous rain and snow showers, mainly over the mountains.
Another windy day is expected on Thursday with more rain and snow
possible Thursday night through Friday.
