High pressure far northeast of the state and a weak front about
250 nm northwest of Kauai will maintain moderate to fresh east to
southeast winds into Wednesday. Fresh to locally strong trade
winds will return late Wednesday and Thursday as high pressure
rebuilds north of the islands.
