Fire weather concerns will generally be low through the weekend for western and north central Nebraska as temperatures dip below normal and additional precipitation is expected. Today`s round of moisture will taper by midday, but the next round arrives early tomorrow morning and continues through much of Saturday, especially west of Highway 83. Light snow accumulations of 1-2" are possible in the southern panhandle and western Sandhills (zones 204 and 206). Beyond the weekend, rain chances basically come around every other day or so.
