This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and
north central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

A Flood Warning remains for the North Platte River upstream of
Lake McConaughy or near Lewellen. The river is expected to rise
above minor flood stage late this evening. The river will continue
to be elevated near Lisco and North Platte, but flooding is not
anticipated there.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

The North Platte River will crest late Monday or Tuesday at
Lewellen.

Isolated thunderstorms are possible Monday evening for the
western Sandhills and southwest Nebraska and Monday night for
north central Nebraska. A strong or severe storm cannot be ruled
out with hail and wind being the main threats.

Additional thunderstorm chances exist each afternoon and evening
from Tuesday through Thursday. At this time, confidence is low
regarding severe potential.

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
