.Synopsis...A kona low will remain far northwest of the area
today, then slowly lift northward and away from the region Sunday
through early next week. A surface ridge will build north of the
state next week.

Hawaiian waters within 40 nautical miles including the channels-

.TODAY...South to southeast winds 15 to 25 knots. Seas 4 to 7
feet. Wave Detail: South southeast 5 feet at 6 seconds, northwest
3 to 4 feet at 10 seconds and south southwest 3 feet at 15
seconds. Numerous showers with isolated thunderstorms Kauai
waters, scattered showers elsewhere.
.TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT...East to southeast winds 10 to 25
knots, highest Maui County and Big Island waters. Seas 4 to 7
feet. Wave Detail: east southeast 4 feet at 5 seconds, northwest
3 feet at 10 seconds and south southwest 3 feet at 18 seconds.
Scattered.
.MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...East winds 15 to 25 knots. Seas 4 to
7 feet. Isolated daytime showers, scattered overnight showers.

15 kt. Seas 7 to 9 ft. Isolated thunderstorms NW.
.TONIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY...SE waters, E to SE winds 15 to 20
kt. NW waters, SE to S winds 5 to 15 kt, becoming at SE 10 to 20
kt Monday. Seas 6 to 8 ft. Isolated thunderstorms NW through
Monday.
