New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure across the
waters will shift E of the area early today, and extend a ridge
W over the area through tonight. Intensifying low pressure will
pass SE of Georges Bank tonight into Wed. Another low pressure
and an associated strong cold front will approach the area Wed,
and then will cross the region Wed night. Stronger high pressure
will again build slowly E across the waters Thu and Thu night,
and then prevail across the area Fri through Sat, before finally
shifting S of the waters Sat night.
