New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A strong cold front will move
E across the waters today, and then pass E of the region tonight.
A strong secondary cold front will move E across the region Sat
into Sat night. A high pressure ridge will build E toward the
coast later Sat night, then quickly move offshore while weakening
early Sun. Low pressure will move over the area Sun night while
pulling a cold front over the waters, then pass E of the region
Mon. A low pressure trough will move offshore Mon night, and then
pass E of the area Tue. Another high will build E over the waters
Mon night into Tue, then shift SE of the region Tue night.

with vsby 1 nm or less.
