New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak cold front will move SE
across the area early today. A high pressure ridge will build E
over the waters today and persist through tonight, then slowly
shift E of the region by Thu. Low pressure will develop off the
Mid-Atlantic coast Thu, then drift E and SE Thu night into Fri
while remaining S of the waters. Another high will build S over
the N waters late Thu, persist over the region Thu night into
Fri, and then shift E of the waters Fri night. The low will then
move back to the N and dissipate as a cold front approaches from
the W. The cold front will move across the area Sat into Sat
night. A series of low pressure troughs or secondary cold fronts
will move SE across the waters Sun and Sun night.
