.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A strong high
pressure center just W of the waters will gradually weaken and
shift W and SW of the area today through Sun while extending a
ridge E and NE over the waters. High pressure will build back E
over the waters Sun night through Mon night and remain through
Tue night. A coastal trough will remain along Washington and
Oregon and extend to Vancouver Island through early Sat while
weakening. A coastal trough will redevelop along the Oregon coast
Sun night and Mon and persist through Tue night.
