.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A coastal low pressure trough
will be along the entire coast today then persist over the N and
central regions tonight and Wed, slowly weaken Wed night into Fri
night, then strengthen again along the entire coast Sat and Sat
night. A high pressure ridge will remain just W of the waters
today through Fri, then weaken later Fri and Fri night. A cold
front will move into the N and central areas Fri night into Sat,
then dissipate. Another high pressure ridge will build just NW of
the area Sat and Sat night.
