.DISCUSSION...Ground fog developed overnight at the Pendleton airport, but
the morning sun will cause the fog to dissipate. It is unstable with
cumulus buildups this afternoon along the Blue Mtns, but any showers or
thunderstorms will be well south of Pendleton today. The main concern for Sunday
will be the gusty winds developing in the afternoon, and it will be very
windy by 3 PM. Otherwise, it will be unseasonably warm today and Sunday.

Overall, it looks like a great day for the event. Enjoy!
