.DISCUSSION...

Afternoon temperatures will be well above averages this week and more
typical of mid to late June conditions. Afternoon heating could
produce a few showers and isolated thunderstorms today across the
eastern Sierra and far western Nevada. A few showers and storms may
remain possible across the E.Sierra on Tuesday with drier conditions
into the start of the weekend. Showers and storms could return over
the weekend.
