...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL WASHINGTON AND
NORTHEASTERN MORGAN COUNTIES THROUGH 330 PM EDT...

At 301 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southwest of Caldwell, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lowell, Bristol, and Macksburg.

This includes Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 13 and 17.
