This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited tornado risk.
  Elevated hail risk.
  Elevated thunderstorm wind damage risk.
  Significant lightning risk.
  Limited non thunderstorm wind risk.

DISCUSSION...

 Strong to severe thunderstorms will occur along a cold front
 moving west to east through the Ozarks. Hail to the size of
 tennis balls and damaging wind gusts up to 60 mph will be the
 main risks. The best chances for severe weather will be in
 central and south central Missouri this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

  Non-severe thunderstorms will be possible Monday night into
  Wednesday.

 Spotter activation may be needed later today or tonight.
