Carroll, Franklin and Benton counties in Arkansas. Movement was to
the east at around 20 mph. The average amount where it rained last
hour was one tenth to one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of
one half to three quarters of an inch. Coverage and intensity
decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for this
morning, mostly cloudy, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with
temperatures 62 to 69 degrees and southeast winds 5 to 15 mph.
