PERCENT OF NORMAL. THIS MAKES IT THE 8TH WETTEST APRIL ON RECORD
SINCE 1998. THE WETTEST 24 HOUR PERIOD WAS ON THE 30TH...WHEN 1.04
INCHES FELL. THIS BROKE THE PREVIOUS RECORD OF 0.62 INCHES SET BACK
IN 2003. THE 17TH ALSO SAW RECORD BREAKING PRECIPITATION OF 0.16
INCHES COMPARED TO 0.13 IN 2006.
