Fire Weather Planning Forecast FOR S Cntrl and Sern Colorado
National Weather Service Pueblo Co
1203 PM MDT Thu May 24 2018

.Discussion...

Today and Friday will be hot and mainly dry with well above average
temperatures. However, winds are expected to be relatively
light so fire weather highlights are not anticipated.

Saturday, Sunday and into next week, the fire danger
will ramp up again as upper level low pressure approaches
the area, increasing wind speeds across the district.
Fire weather highlights will be possible during this
period.

Afternoon ventilation rates will generally be very good
to excellent over the entire district for the next
couple of days.
