URGENT - MARINE WEATHER MESSAGE

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONTINUES THROUH THIS EVENING AND NOW
INCLUDES TAMPA BAY...

.Strong northwest to north-northwest winds and high seas will
continue hazardous boating conditions for small craft operators
through this evening. The southern portion of Tampa Bay will be
exposed to these stronger winds and is now added into the Small
Craft Advisory. Exercise Caution conditions are likely to
continue at least into Sunday morning as winds and seas will be
slow to subside.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST SUNDAY...

The National Weather Service in Tampa Bay Ruskin has issued a
Small Craft Advisory, which is in effect until 1 AM EST Sunday.

* WINDS...Northwest to north winds around 20 knots with higher
  gusts.

* WAVES/SEAS...1 to 3 feet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
