At 1204 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of showers and
thunderstorms moving to the north at 10 mph across portions
southeast Washington and north central Idaho. Very heavy rain and
occasional lightning is expected with the stronger storms. A spotter
west of Anatone reported over an inch of rain in 35 minutes.
Localized ponding of water over roadways and low lying areas is
expected.

Locations impacted include...
Lewiston, Clarkston, Kellogg, Pinehurst, Osburn, Lapwai, Wallace,
Genesee, Troy, Smelterville, Juliaetta, Deary, Craigmont, Nezperce,
Culdesac, Winchester, Kendrick, Bovill, Wardner and Clarkston
Heights-Vineland.
