.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will persist N of the Chukchi Sea. A
trough over  the West Coast will remain in place as a broad area
of low  pressure persists over Alaska. Weak high pressure will
move over  the Eastern Bering Sea Tue, and the Bering Strait Wed.
A 1000 mb  low will develop in Kotzebue Sound Mon night and move
NW across  the Chukchi Sea Tue night and Wed.
