Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A low pressure
trough along the Washington and Oregon coasts will gradually
weaken through Fri night. Weak low pressure over the outer Oregon
waters will move slowly W tonight and pass just W of the waters,
then turn NE over the Washington waters Thu night and continue
over the waters through Sat night. A cold front will move into
the NW waters Fri night, then continue SE across the remainder of
the waters Sat into Sun. Another low pressure trough will form
near the coast of Vancouver Island Sun and Sun night, and persist
through Mon night as high pressure builds in W of the waters.
