.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
remain NW of the area while slowly weakening, while a low
pressure trough continues along the California coast through Tue
night. The resulting pressure gradient will slowly weaken tonight
through Tue night. The trough will move offshore Wed and Wed
night, while a weak low pressure area forms just W of the
northern waters. The low will remain nearly stationary just NW of
the area Thu and Thu night, then move slowly NE across the far N
waters Fri and Fri night while weakening.
