...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN CAROLINE COUNTY THROUGH
100 AM EDT...

At 1222 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Spotsylvania, or 8 miles southwest of Fredericksburg, moving east at
45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Port Royal and Fort Walker around 1245 AM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Rappahannock Academy,
Sparta, Villboro, Nancy Wrights Corner, Guinea, Corbin, and Woodford.
