.DISCUSSION...CSNWR RAWS last night reported 0.17 of rainfall and
patchy fog was observed. The front has moved offshore and weak
high pressure will be building into the burn area today. Surface
winds will become northeasterly around 7 mph as the inversion
breaks around 930 am however surface and transport wind speeds
will be slowing through the day. Transport winds will turn from
northeasterly to northerly early this afternoon. Minimum
afternoon RH will be around 27 percent with recovery tonight
exceeding 90 percent. Fog is not expected tonight.
