At 241 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 11 nm northwest of N. Edisto Nearshore Reef to near
Bulls Bay, moving east at 35 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
