Regional Weather Summary

This is the regional weather summary for the eastern two-thirds
of Montana, southern Saskatchewan, and western North Dakota.

Today, low pressure will backslide into the region allowing for
rain and and an isolated thunderstorm or two through the day.
Strong to high northwest wind is expected across the southwest in
response. Highs will range from the lower 40 over the central
Montana mountains to the upper 50s in the northeast.

Tonight, rain showers will continue across the region moving east
to west as the low further backslides west. Winds will reduce
slightly after midnight. Lows will span the upper 20s in the
central Montana mountains to the mid 40s across northwest North
Dakota.

Wednesday, low will begin to dissipate across the region allowing
rain to slow in the southwest and diminish into the afternoon
across the northeast. Winds will turn to the northeast. Highs
will stretch from the mid 40s in the southwest to the upper 50s in
the northeast.
