Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A 30.0 inch high will overtime weaken while also retracting back north through Tuesday. A 29.5 inch low over the mid section of the nation Wednesday will move to the Ohio Valley Thursday then to eastern New York and New England Friday.
