Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 12Z, or 5 AM PDT, a 1027 MB high was
centered 900 NM W of Point Conception. A 1006 MB thermal low was
centered near Las Vegas. Gale force winds will continue across the
outer waters at times until late tonight.
