.DISCUSSION...Offshore north to northeast wind flow is expected
through much of the forecast period, peaking late Monday night
into Tuesday morning when gusts of 25 to 30 mph will be likely
near the surface, and up to 35 mph at ridgetops. The offshore
flow pattern will bring a warming and drying trend.
