Pensacola Bay Area including Santa Rosa Sound...
Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL from 20 to 60
NM...
Waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS from 20 to 60 NM...
Western Choctawhatchee Bay...

At 1118 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Mid Bay
Bridge, or 8 nm northwest of Santa Rosa Beach, moving northeast at 55
knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Mary Esther, Fort Walton Beach, Shalimar, Destin, Okaloosa Pier,
Navarre Beach, West Choctawhatchee Bay, East Santa Rosa Sound,
Okaloosa Deep Water Reef, and Oriskany Reef.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
