.DISCUSSION...Offshore flow will persist through Friday, but
continue to decrease. Lingering offshore flow will bring lower
relative humidity and breezy winds. Winds will be strongest over
the North and East Bay. Onshore will return late Friday and into
the weekend brining cooler temperatures and higher relative
humidity. Dry weather will persist through the next seven days.

Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
