.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
slowly move E of the region today. Low pressure will approach the
waters today and move just S of the region through tonight. A
coastal trough will develop from OR to WA and persist into Sat.
High pressure will build in from the W Sat and Sat night and will
persist into Tue night.
