Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
move SE from the far southern Oregon waters today. Low pressure
NW of the waters, over the Gulf of Alaska, will move slowly SE
and approach the outer Washington waters today into Mon. The low
will move SE into the Washington waters Mon night, and then
weaken as it nears the northern Oregon coast Tue. A high pressure
ridge will build E into the outer waters later Tue, with the
ridge crossing the region Tue night into early Wed. Another low
will approach the area from the W and NW during Wed as the ridge
moves inland. The low will pull a weakening cold front over the
region later Wed and Wed night, with the front and low both
dissipating Thu as another ridge develops over the waters. The
ridge will drift E Thu night as a warm front approaches from the
W and SW.
