.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure will
slowly approach the N waters from the W tonight, then weaken
while drifting over the area Thu into Fri. A low pressure trough
will expand N along the coast Fri night, and persist through Sun
night. A high pressure ridge will build E towards the waters Sat
through Mon, then weaken while moving over the SE waters Mon
night. A weak cold front will approach the NW portion Mon night.
