.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front will move S of the
waters today. High pressure will build in from the W and NW today
and tonight. A cold front will reach the NW waters Mon, then push
E across the northern California waters and will move inland Mon
night. A coastal trough will develop along the southern
California coast Mon night, then extend north Tue. The trough
will persist Tue into Thu night along California coast, then
weaken on Fri. Please be advised that the USCG remote
communications facility at Cambria is experiencing technical
difficulties. Technicians are aware of the problem. We apologize
for any inconvenience.
