Atlantic from 07N to 19N W of 55W.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered over the western Atlantic is
supporting moderate to locally fresh trades over the SE
Caribbean. Moderate to locally fresh E winds in the NW Caribbean
will continue through Mon night. Similar winds will occur
nocturnally in the Windward Passage. Gentle to moderate trade
winds are expected elsewhere through the forecast period. A
surface trough that extends from the western Atlantic into the
NE Caribbean continues to support numerous thunderstorms E of
73W. This activity is moving E and is producing gusty winds and
frequent lightning.
