* WHERE...Southern Hills/Albion Mountains and Sawtooth
  Mountains/Stanley Basin.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 10 PM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
