DAVIDSON...WEST CENTRAL RANDOLPH AND NORTH CENTRAL STANLY COUNTIES THROUGH 1130 PM EDT... At 1025 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Cooleemee to near Statesville to near Troutman. Movement was east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Lexington, Thomasville, Clemmons, Bermuda Run, Linwood, Denton, Richfield, Gordontown, High Rock Lake, and Newsom.
