This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Extreme frost and freeze risk.

DISCUSSION...

A Freeze Warning is in effect this morning for temperatures in the
mid to upper 20s producing a hard freeze.

Widespread frost and areas of freezing temperatures will occur
again tonight into early Thursday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Gusty southwest winds up to 30 to 40 mph will produce an elevated
non-thunderstorm wind risk on Friday for locations west of Highway
65.

Thunderstorms will be possible late in the weekend into early
next week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
