.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Offshore winds will diminish this evening and remain light through
Tuesday. A brief period of onshore winds will return Tuesday
night until switching back to offshore Wednesday night with
another weak front.
