  Saginaw River at Saginaw.
* From now until further notice.
* At 5 AM Friday the stage is 17.2 feet and steady.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...the river is at crest and projected to fall
  below flood stage early Sunday morning.
