Passage of a surface cold front and upper level trough will
promote rain showers and scattered thunderstorms through tonight
across the region, favoring northwest Pennsylvania. Temperature
will remain around 10 degrees below the seasonal average.
High pressure and rising heights aloft will promote drier
conditions and a warming trend through Monday. Near to above
normal temperature Monday will be driven by warm southwest flow as
the high shifts east of the region and low pressure approaches
from the west.
