.DISCUSSION...

Southerly winds will diminish slightly this evening with sundown and should
be on the order of 7 to 15 MPH after sunset. Wind direction will
shift to the west around 1 AM CDT, then to the northwest around 3 AM
MDT. Wind speeds will then increase into the morning hours on
Tuesday, gusting up to 30 MPH by 11 AM CDT Tuesday.

Eye level winds.....South winds 5 to 11 mph shifting to the
                    northwest 6 to 9 mph after midnight.
RH..................Max 93 percent.
Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy (35-45 percent) then becoming
                    mostly cloudy (70-80 percent). Slight chance of
                    rain showers late in the evening. Chance of
                    rain after midnight, then rain likely late in
                    the night.
Transport winds.....Southeast 9 to 18 mph decreasing to 3 to 7 mph
                    in the late evening and early morning, then
                    shifting to the west 2 to 7 mph after midnight
                    shifting to the northwest around 13 mph late in
                    the night.
Mixing height.......3800-5600 ft AGL decreasing to 300-2100 ft AGL
                    early in the evening.
