.DISCUSSION...An upper low over the region will keep temperatures
cooler than normal with moderate humidity values. The proximity of
the low should keep any inversions weak and allow for good mixing
of smoke. Light winds in the morning will increase in the afternoon,
mainly from the southwest. Expect good humidity recovery and cool
overnight lows for any night time mop-up operations.  Temperatures
remain unseasonably cool through the week.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy early then becoming mostly sunny.
Max temperature.....72-75.
Min humidity........28-35 percent.
Eye level winds.....Southeast winds around 2 mph shifting to the
                    southwest 5 to 10 mph with gusts to around 14
                    mph in the afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........
 Slope/valley.......Light winds becoming southwest 10 to 15 mph
                    with gusts to around 18 mph in the afternoon.
Mixing height.......3300-4300 ft AGL.
