.DISCUSSION...

Southeasterly winds have already picked up with gusts around 20 MPH.
Winds should remain out of the southeast between 120 and 150 degrees
with gusts up to 25 MPH through the day. By sunset, winds are expected
to weaken and back to the east with speeds in the 5 to 10 MPH range
overnight. Mixing heights are forecast to reach 4 KFT or a little
higher. With transport winds running out of the southeast at 25 MPH,
conditions for smoke dispersal are forecast to be excellent. High
clouds will remain over the area with partly cloudy skies and temps
warming into the middle 60s. Rain chances will be on the increase
after midnight tonight.
